July 4th

Come celebrate the 4th of July in Baileys Harbor!

This year’s theme for the Baileys Harbor 4th of July parade is “Friends & Neighbors”.  All participants should decorate their entry according to the theme or in the spirit of the day, just as our ancestors did.  Only entries decorated will qualify for the cash prizes.

This year there will not be reserved spaces for the parade lineup.  There will be staff on hand to make sure everything goes smooth.  The parade starts at 10am with lineup starting at 8:30am.  Please follow the parade detour signs and enter Summit Rd. from the West off Red Cherry Rd.  The Highway will close at 9:30am and there will be no West bound traffic allowed on Red Cherry Rd.  The Sheriff’s Department will not allow throwing of candy from the vehicle!

There will be inflatables for the kids, arts & crafts, great food and drink, and live entertainment!  There is plenty to do for the entire family so stay and make a day out of it and enjoy the spectacular fireworks display at dusk!
